Now Hiring - Team Store Sales Associate in Sandy, UT

Real Salt Lake is currently seeking Sales Associates for our Sandy Team Store. This at-will Part-time position is the day to day support system for the Team Store. Primary emphasis is sales and support while providing excellent customer service

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Drives retail sales in a busy store setting.
• Performs daily sales/ cash handling and deposit reconciliation.
• Performs game day set up activities
• Receives, prices, displays, and stores products.
• Performs inventory counts, control, and organization of warehouse.
• Theft prevention and awareness and execution.
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous retail sales experience
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be available to work weekends baed on the RSL and Monarchs team schedules.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of cash handling and POS operations on a daily basis and for special events.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 5 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 10 pounds or exerting heavy force in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing etc.
